Refund, privacy, and terms governing our services.
Al Reem Woodwork specialises in bespoke and made-to-order pieces. Once production has started on a custom commission, the order is non-refundable, as materials and workshop capacity are allocated specifically to your project.
If you need to cancel or amend an order before production begins, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to review of any design or procurement steps already completed.
If a delivered product arrives damaged or with a documented manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a short description. We will assess each case promptly and propose an appropriate remedy in line with our quality standards.
We use the information you provide—such as name, contact details, delivery address, and order notes—solely to process your order, arrange delivery or installation, and communicate with you about your commission.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Any sharing is limited to what is necessary to fulfil your order (for example, payment processors or logistics partners) and is handled under strict confidentiality.
We retain order-related records only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and service purposes. You may contact us at any time to request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable by law.
Stated delivery and production times are estimates. Bespoke work may vary with material availability, site readiness, and workshop scheduling; we will keep you informed of any material changes.
Wood, stone, metal finishes, and photography can vary with lighting and natural grain. Minor colour or texture differences compared to website images are normal and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to decline commissions that are technically unsafe, unfeasible within structural or regulatory constraints, or misaligned with our craftsmanship standards. In such cases we will explain the limitation and suggest alternatives where possible.
